This deliciously indulgent Zuma White Chocolate Sauce is supplied in a large 1.9 litre bottle and is perfect for both catering and home use. It's a great base for making white hot chocolate, a rich flavouring to add to coffee, and can also be used on desserts, etc.
A reusable portion control pump also available separately.
Please note that this sauce is for use primarily as a base for making hot drinks. Although it can also be used on desserts, if you need a sauce to use as a dessert topping, please also see our range of either 500ml or 1kg squeezable topping sauces which are designed for this purpose.
INGREDIENTS: Sugar, Water, Glucose syrup, Sweetened condensed skimmed milk (skimmed milk, sugar, lactose (milk)), Humectant: glycerine, White chocolate powder (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder), Emulsifier: E471, Natural flavouring, Stabiliser: xanthan gum, Preservative: potassium sorbate.
PRODUCT STORAGE: Store in a cool dry place, preferably below 15°C. Once open use within 6 weeks.
