Returns & Refunds For Items Not Required

We include as much information about our products as possible on this website so you can make an informed decision and ensure the items you purchase meet your requirements.

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt of your order. If you wish to cancel your order, you should email us at sales@bulkcoffee.co.uk quoting your order number.

When returning items we recommend you use a courier or post by recorded delivery. We do not cover the return delivery costs.

All returned goods must be unused and unopened. We will issue refunds to the credit card or debit card used when the order was placed. We cannot refund delivery charges.

Returns & Refunds For Incorrectly Supplied Items

If you receive incorrectly supplied goods, we will offer a prompt replacement, refund or alternative item to the same value. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods, quoting the order number, and we will arrange for the uplift of the incorrect goods and delivery of correct goods as soon as possible.

Defective or Damaged Goods

Upon receiving your goods, you should inspect the packages prior to signing for delivery. Any visible damage whatsoever should be noted with the delivery driver and the delivery signed for as damaged. If inspection is not possible, then please ensure you sign for goods ‘unchecked’. We recommend sending a photo of damaged goods by email to sales@bulkcoffee.co.uk so we can resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged or defective goods should be reported to us with 24 hours of receiving the delivery, quoting your order reference number. We will arrange for the uplift and inspection of goods. Should we, upon receipt of the items be satisfied as to the alleged defects we will either replace the goods or arrange a refund of the full value of the goods.

This website uses Shopify Payments for credit card and debit card transactions, and we also accept PayPal. 

In-House Production

By having our own roasting and packing facilities, we maintain complete control over our coffees, as well as eliminating any "middle-man" costs, making our coffees on average 1.8x cheaper than like-for-like coffees by our competitors.

Next-Day Delivery

We use national next-day couriers for all of our orders, so you can get your goods sooner, as well as knowing they're fully tracked and insured.

Responsibly Sourced

All of our beans are responsibly sourced and ethically traded through reputable green bean importers, meaning you get great coffee at a great price, with a clear conscience.

Doing Our Part

We pack all of our beans and ground coffee into recyclable packaging, as well as repurposing all of the sacks the raw products arrive in. So please help us to help the environment and recycle your bags.

Stable Pricing

Our purchasing team forward contract all of our raw coffee beans, so we can offer you a more consistent price. This means even if the coffee market goes up, our prices stay put.
