This excellent Zuma Thick Hot Chocolate is a super-thick indulgent hot chocolate powder for a European style drink, or it can be made up and used as a dipping sauce. Zuma chocolate is about as good as hot chocolate gets!

To make a 5oz (150ml) drink, simply use a 40g scoop of thick hot chocolate, add 3oz (90ml) cold milk, steam to a thick consistency and pour into a serving cup. If you prefer, you can make a Spanish-style dipping sauce by mixing a 40g scoop of thick hot chocolate with 1oz of hot water. Serve with marshmallows or fruit. Fantastic!

Try serving it in a 6oz cup with some biscuits, churros or even strawberries to dip - great in both winter and summer, and the perfect addition to your menu to get your customers talking.
