Making The Perfect Pot of Tea:
1 - Run the tap for a few seconds so the water is nicely aerated and ensure you use water that has only been boiled once. Repeatedly boiling the water reduces the oxygen level in the water which can have a negative affect on the flavour of your tea.
2 - Gently warm the pot by filling it with boiling water and then warm your tea cups using water from the pot.
3 - For a normal 4 cup pot, we recommend using two teabags. Pour your boiled water into the pot, stirring for a few seconds and then leave it to brew for approximately 5 minutes before serving.
