This deliciously smooth and rich 1883 Routin Caramel Sauce is for use primarily as a base for making hot drinks. Although it can also be used on desserts, if you need a sauce to use as a dessert topping, please also see our range of 500ml squeezable topping sauces which are designed for this purpose.

1883 Routin gourmet syrups and sauces are made in the French Alps using the finest possible ingredients. This lovely caramel sauce is perfect for use in hot drinks such as coffee, as a drizzle for desserts and much more. Reusable portion pumps are also available separately.

Please note that the diameter of the bottle caps changed in the first few months of 2025, and the older style portion pumps will be too small to fit the newer bottles. The pumps we have available are the new style which fit the current bottles.

Ingredients - Glucose syrup, sugar, water, sweetened condensed non fat milk, caramel 9%, salt, artificial flavour, natural flavour, gelling agent: pectin, acidifier: tartaric acid, emulsifier: soy lecithin, preservative: potassium sorbate.

Contains MILK and SOY. May contain egg, gluten and nut traces.
