Maison Routin 1883 are well known for producing a wide range of high quality flavouring syrups using water from the foot of Mont Blanc in France. With approval from the Vegetarian Society as well as being gluten and cholesterol free, this syrup is the perfect base for both hot and cold drinks by delivering a clean and authentic taste. 

With approximately 125 servings per bottle, this syrup can be used in coolers, lemonades, cocktails and more, giving you a delicious citrus aroma. Don't forget to add a dispenser pump for even easier portion control.

This flavour cannot be mixed with milk. Average servings per litre are 125 shots when mixed with hot drinks, and 63 for cold drinks (based on an 8oz cup).

Ingredients: CANE SUGAR, WATER, LEMON JUICE FROM CONCENTRATE* 14%, ACID : CITRIC ACID, NATURAL LEMON AND LIME FLAVOURING, NATURAL LEMON FLAVOURING.

Colour: Cloudy pale yellow

Nose: Fresh and lemony

Palate: Freshly picked lemon, cool and bitter

Milk Advice: The natural acidity level of this flavour is too high to mix with any dairy product. For a suitable alternative please use Kool Kup or water.
