This delicious Monin Raspberry syrup boasts a luscious red colour, which is perfect for colouring drinks such as cocktails, punch and long iced drinks. It has a sweet but tart taste with a rich raspberry flavour.

Please note that due to the acidic nature of raspberries, this flavour cannot be mixed with hot milk.
