This wonderful Monin Macaroon syrup is made using the finest natural ingredients and can be used in a wide variety of hot and cold drinks. 

A macaroon is a sweet confectionery. Its name is derived from an italian word “maccarone” or “maccherone”. This word is itself derived from ammaccare, meaning crush or beat, used here in reference to the almond paste which is the main ingredient.

Made from a mixture of egg whites, almond flour, and confectioners sugar. They can be found in a wide variety of flavours that range from the traditional (raspberry, chocolate) to the exotic version (truffle, matcha tea).

Try it in lattes for a flavour that is similar to amaretto, but slightly sweeter and reminiscent of marzipan.

Monin syrups are suitable for vegans and are free from artificial colourings and sweeteners.
