By aging these beans over 5 years it allows them to develop a rich, punchy, and spicey aroma that can't be found in regular processing methods. A strong flavour like Old Brown Java is great for after dinner drinking as it cuts through heavy flavours that tend to linger (think garlic, garam masala etc) and allows you to still enjoy your final coffee of the day.
