Founded in 1980, CENCOIC (Central Cooperative Indigena del Cauca), is a public, non-profit cooperative. Its main aim is to aid and strengthen the Indigenous communities in the Cauca region of Colombia. The cooperative reinvests their fairtrade premiums into housing, education, health and productivity.
Technical support is provided within this cooperative to cultivate the coffee sustainably to ensure the highest quality and compliance.

With single origins from micro plantations that showcase the unique intricacies of one origin or process, to big hitting blends that are perfect for all day drinking, the Java Caffe range has enough variety to help you find your new favourite. By working closely with our importer we can not only utilise the latest crop of speciality offerings but also ensure that the farmers producing the beans are compensated fairly for the work they put in. Freshly roasted by hand each day and packed into resealable and fully recyclable bags at our in-house roasting facility, we make sure that the coffee reaches you at it's absolute best.
