Sourced from various farmers and smallholders across the Huila & Tolima region in Colombia comes "El Buho", a premium Arabica coffee that translates the "The Owl". Using the naturally occurring compound of Ethyl Acetate (Present in every coffee cherry and a by-product of sugar cane production) and spring water, the beans are steamed then repeatedly rinsed to remove the caffeine before then being sealed with a neutral wax to preserve flavour and aroma.
