Hojicha is a traditional drink made from roasted green tea and expertly crafted through steaming, rolling and roasted.
Distinct from Matcha, Horjicha has a caramelised flavour and an earthy depth.
How to use: Use one small scoop (approximately 1.5g) of Zuma Hojicha and sift through a sieve to remove any clumps. Add 30ml or warm or cold water and whisk vigorously in a W or M motion until thick and creamy foam with bubbles forms. Top with warm water or steamed milk.
