CENCOIC
Founded in 1980, CENCOIC (Central Cooperative Indigena del Cauca), is a public, non-profit cooperative. Its main aim is to aid and strengthen the Indigenous communities in the Cauca region of Colombia. The cooperative reinvests their fairtrade premiums into housing, education, health and productivity.
Technical support is provided within this cooperative to cultivate the coffee sustainably to ensure the highest quality and compliance.
SMC
Set up to cater for demands of speciality coffees, the SMC Comercial e Exportadora de Café was set up in 2009, supplying the finest speciality beans across the world. To ensure full traceability, each of their bags of coffee are microchipped.
