The delicate, aromatic jasmine flowers are picked early in the day when their petals are still securely closed, it is then mixed with green tea of the highest quality. When darkness falls the petals begin to gently open up releasing their intoxicating scent resulting in a beautifully fragrant and revitalising cup of tea.
